Submission guidelines

My AFLiCo 5
To submit an abstract, you need to login on the website. If you have a login on the HAL website (the French open archives website) you can use that login, which comes with your specifications all filled out. If you do not have such a login, you need to create one ("Create account"). After having filled out the form and created the account, you will receive an email (to the address you specified on the form) with the activation link. You need to activate the account (simply click the link in the mail) before you can connect to your account. Once you are logged in, you can submit an abstract, register for the conference, etc.

Guidelines for abstracts
Abstracts should be anonymous and should not exceed 500 words (excluding references). Various file types are allowed (.DOC, .ODT and .PDF), but authors are strongly encouraged to use PDF. Please make sure that the file properties have also been anonymised.
